Based in Silverdale, Resi Build is a well-established company with over a decade of experience and more than 200 residential builds completed across the last 10 years. Known for our commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we place just as much importance on the journey as we do on the final result. We are licensed North Shore builders.

At Resi Build, we see every project as a partnership — one built on trust, transparency, and shared goals. 02 // OUR STORY

Jordan Fejos - Founder

Jordan has close to 20 years experience in the residential building industry. Both a qualified builder and current licensed builder, Jordan has done his time in the trenches as an apprentice, has run medium to large building teams constructing over 200 homes, worked in the project management sector delivering entry level houses, mid range homes and high end builds.

Jordan also has had good experience in subdivisional development projects, whether just building a new house on the front lawn or of a larger scale with a demolition and start from scratch for larger investors and developers.

Jordan is all about his family. He loves spending time with his wife Delwyne and his two young children Zoey and Josh.
